Shipping Policy

 

AUSTRALIAN DELIVERIES ONLY

  • Amy Louise Dance provides two options for Australian delivery for any order:
    1. Australia Post Standard Satchel or Aramex Couriers (method of dispatch will depend on your location) – this method of delivery is free for orders over AUD$75.00 purchased online from Amy Louise Dance website.
    2. Australia Post Express Post Delivery – if a customer requires express delivery, this method incurs separate Shipping & Handling Fee (please select the correct Option in the shipping section of your cart).
  • Amy Louise Dance will use best endeavours to dispatch your order within 3-7 business days from the conclusion of the contract of sale.
  • Amy Louise Dance accepts no liability for any loss, damage or delay once goods are dispatched from our office.

1) Australia Post - Standard Post Satchel or Aramex Couriers Delivery

  • Depending on your location, delivery will be a minimum of two days from the date of dispatch to your nominated street address or post office box number.
  • If your chosen delivery is to your home and you are not available when your package arrives, a notice will be left at your address notifying you that a parcel is waiting for collection at a specified Australia Post location, or you will be required to call the listed number to arrange for re-delivery by a Aramex Courier.
  • Amy Louise Dance will advise you by email when your item has been dispatched and provide you with the necessary Tracking Number.
  • To track your parcel visit the Australia Post Tracking website or Aramex Couriers website and enter your Tracking Number

2) Australia Post - Express Post Satchel

  • Delivery is guaranteed to occur the next business day but only within the Australia Post - Express Post Network.
  • Delivery is guaranteed on the next business day to your nominated street address or post office box number, depending on your delivery location.
  • Deliveries must be signed for - if you are not at home when your package arrives a notice will be left at your address notifying you that a parcel is waiting for collection at a specified Australia Post location.
  • Amy Louise Dance will advise you by email when your item has been dispatched and provide you with a Tracking Number.
  • To track your parcel visit the Australia Post Tracking website and enter your Tracking Number as provided to you by Amy Louise Dance.

Change of Shipping Address

  • Our team aims to process and pack your order as fast as possible.
  • However, if you need to change your shipping address prior to dispatch, please advise Amy Louise Dance via email at sales@amylouisedance.com and we will endeavour to change your address.
  • This means that your shipping address can only be changed if your order has not left our office.
  • Amy Louise Dance takes no responsibility for changes of address that have occurred after dispatch and before delivery.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

  • Amy Louise Dance ships to all international destinations serviced by Australia Post only.
  • Australia Post provides two options for International Delivery:

1) Australia Post - International Standard Post Satchel
  • The price of an International Standard Post Satchel will depend on the weight of your order (e.g. Small Satchel will hold 1 to 3 leotards | Medium Satchel will hold 4 to 6 leotards | Large Satchel will hold 7 to 10 leotards).
  • Tracking and/or Signature on Delivery is included in the price of the satchel depending on the Option chosen.
  • If you require additional services such as Insurance, please email Amy Louise Dance at sales@amylouisedance.com.
  • Delivery time frames are set by Australia Post and depends on your nominated delivery location, however an estimate is 5 to 9 business days.
  • You are welcome to email Amy Louise Dance at sales@amylouisedance.com prior to placing an order, to ascertain the approximate delivery date.
  • Please review all Options and select the one that is suitable for your location and order size.

2) Australia Post - International Express Post Satchel 

  • The price of an International Express Post Satchel will depend on the weight of your order (e.g. Small Satchel will hold 1 to 3 leotards | Medium Satchel will hold 4 to 6 leotards | Large Satchel will hold 7 to 10 leotards).
  • Tracking and Signature on Delivery is included in the price of the satchel for all Options.

    *The Shipping & Handling Options are based on Australia Post’s prices effective 01 July 2025 and are subject to change at any time.
     

    *The time frame listed for delivery of your package has been provided by Australia Post, however delays may occur at the discretion of Customs in the delivery country nominated.

    *Please be aware that your order may be subject to Customs Duties depending on your delivery address.  All Duties are at the discretion of local Customs entities and payment of such Duties are the responsibility of the Customer.

    *Amy Louise Dance will advise you by email, when your item has been dispatched with Australia Post and provide you with a Tracking Id and link to the Australia Post Tracking website so you may enter the Tracking Id to monitor your order's journey.
